God when i get to heaven (*fingers crossed*) is why, since he is love himself, he allowed the evolution of a tree that is as offensive to the human olfactory ability as the bradford pear. and further, why, having conjured these horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible trees, he then inspired people to plant them. anywhere.
