you know it's gonna be a good conversation when it starts with a discussion of muggles.
mardi gras was fun, though i never really acknowledged that it was mardi gras until the big boss over here was walking around with giant purple beads around his neck - nice.
ann and i met for the first time last night for our supposed weekly study sessions together; i'm trying to get back into the habit of studying and have essays to write to convince people to give me money. so far, we've only met once, and didn't really get anything done. though i believe ann read a page and a half of her notes and i at least decided who (among those who've had a positive influence on me) i am going to write about in fewer than 1000 words.
we sat in cooper's corner. i was freezing so i bought a cup of tea. we had one of those "agree to disagree" conversations and then about 5 minutes later we're both laughing til we cry. this went on for the better part of 30 minutes, so long in fact that cooper's corner closed while we were laughing and we proceeded to walk to our cars, nearly peeing our pants from laughter. it was tragic.
and then i found $10!

If you did indeed find ten dollars, use it to go to the movies ... you deserve some fun time.
If you, in reality, did not find ten dollars, then you should know that your story was not boring enough to need the last comment.
You only needed to find five (just kidding)
hehehehe... thanks heather!
