so i have an infestation.
here's a funny story.
i saw a roach on the wall in my kitchen last night and, despite an aversion to spraying poison around my house, i reached for the raid.
i sprayed it, it fell, i sprayed it, it scurried.
it ran into the corner of the kitchen where i had, two days previous, put some boric acid, supposed enemy of roaches. no effect.
after the pile of boric acid it ran into a sticky trap (many of which now pepper my home like air fresheners might if i smelled bad). "success!" i think to myself. "haha! you little roach bast..." wait, he crawled out the other side.
finally, slightly maimed but still enjoying a peaceful stroll across the floor, my crunchy little friend encountered the sole of my kino sandal, quite flat (which makes walking in the rain hazardous but) and therefore the only effective method of killing roaches in my home...
HOWEVER!
me, still slightly poison averse, but rapidly turning to better living through chemistry, off now to prepare my home to be bombed tomorrow. that's right. poison everywhere! every nook and cranny...
i've had enough of my crunchy little friends.
