for all those waiting for a summary of my employment: if a picture's worth a thousand words... that makes this...? i have to say, i strongly dislike the fatalism at the beginning of the piece, but it's short and gives way to the true spirit of my work after the opening sequence. this was filmed in march. beaver ponds is one of my sites! and nash street is just around the corner from my house. http://youtube.com/watch?v=8Keox3D9JAg

note yi-wen riding down the lift off the rack truck with a tree, kim swinging a pick-ax, and rachel being interviewed! and that's just three of my summer sisters :)
meg, aarjan, and krishna (okay, the last 2 are my summer brothers) are also in gscrew07.

other noteworthy weekend occurences:
~ finished The Bean Trees by barbara kingsolver; her first novel - good of course, but it's no pwb.
~ registered for the nutmeg state sprint triathlon august 11th! break out the prayer beads...
~ e qualified today in san diego for the boston marathon! vale tio!
~ swam for the first time in probably a couple years... so that's what i'll be doing more than anything else, in an effort to avoid drowning :)
~ MOM'S BIRTHDAY IS MONDAY (JUNE 4TH)! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM! (and the greatest present ever would be if the stores sell this month... there've been nibbles, so pray pray pray!)

love and hugs to all.
