thus began one of the worst sunburns i've had in probably 10 years... but i saw rhode island and even swam in their less-than-warm water. i'm also going to stay in naples with paola, a postdoc pulmonologist at yale-new haven med center and my italian sister, but that's later.

Alright you scientist, you think the yankees have their own sun?
Try aloe or Aveno. Aloe can be sticky (not good if you don't have air) but the Aveno should be okay either way. Feel better!

Northern sun is just as deadly as Southern sun. You should know that much! Northern Sun is melting those ice caps you love so much.
Please take care of your self. Ice baths, aloe and air conditioning.
Try sunburning the top of your head-Ouch!
