slow slow quick quick

you know what's funny? i actually typed "slow" slowly and tried by best to type "quick" fast. which is tough.

margaret invited alex and i to go to her dance class last night to learn the tango - which we did and it was way fun! our instructor had a little crush on alex, which was okay, because alex got better and better through the evening, which was good, because i am awful and need to be lead strongly... which is wierd because one of the things i had the most trouble with was allowing someone to lead :)

c'mon! y'all know me. it's in the genes! i'm not meant to follow. but once i got the hang of it, i really liked it! and maybe it was good practice because the rest of the evening was so random... drank a beer and talked to mai and garrick and nick and played pool. (i kicked some butt some of the time, but alex was our 8-ball closer) and then played a hand of euchre with my clan. good times, and unplanned! i might be getting the hang of it...

anyway, i danced with tony (you're so serious tony!), and a couple other very good dancers who obviously have been going to the class for a while, and got to talk to jennifer. so if you're in the mood for some dancin'! i recommend it! :)
