it occurred to me that you may think i am doing nothing but watching the office these days, so i thought i'd say that i can now do a flip turn. more than one in fact, with bouts of swimming in between. and tomorrow i'm getting up to swim with the masters team at 6 am... we'll see how that goes... it's all i can do to get there by 7 most days...
oh, and this is where i spent the weekend, deciding my career path and learning what it takes to make it happen - one of those swimmming heads is mine :)
