"Students are reminded that the mail folders in Sage Hall are for mail, announcements, and tests/papers from faculty members. These folders cannot accommodate pots and pans."

You should ask if wooden spoons or spatulas (much flatter) are acceptable!

You should SO send that to Michael Feldman's Whad'ya Know? They do a segment called "Thanks for the memos" where that would be great.
