break.

it's been nice. made it to columbia 3 times to see various friends which was a blast. thanks to all of you who took time out of your busy lives to catch up with me and let me sleep on your couch. i enjoyed meeting your cats, hearing about new babies on the way, and catching up on the local gossip.
i also worked a WHOLE LOT. i had about 40 hours of work study to make up from last semester which i was going to have to do in addition to my 10 hrs/week this COMING semester. but i've worked all but 3 of them! (which i plan to finish tomorrow) so i'm all caught up :) yea!
if my schedule works out the way i want it to, i'll have class and work only 4 days a week and never after 4 pm! oh - wouldn't that be so nice!?! i hope i like all those classes... guess i could tell you what they are...

remote sensing T/TH from 9-10:15
development economics policy M/W from 9-10:15
international environmental policy and management T/TH from 2:30-3:50
economics of pollution M/W from 1:30-2:50

and if i work all the times in between morning and afternoon classes i can get 11 hours of work a week and be done with my hours by mid april leaving my reading and exam weeks exclusively for sleepless, paper-writing nights! ah, that'll be the life...

It is sort of a relief to know I wasn't the only person making up work study hours over break.

Your new schedule looks interesting and hopefully not stressful. Good luck with the coming semester!!!
