forgot to mention.

that cafe nine was really fun last night. i got a cheap beer called a shaefer and kira and i listened to two groups before we went home. i adored the first one, the second one was alright, too sad and slow though. but baby G was really fun: bluegrassy, but different. since i know nothing about music it's hard for me to describe. i either like it or i don't. and i did. and even i, the great google master, can't find them online for the 1000 pages of g-schock watches and some odd djs. so sorry there's no link. abby was nice enough to drop us off so we only had to take a cab one way, and that was pretty reasonable - we're only a mile from the bar.
the best thing about a non-smoker going to a bar here is that there's no smoking. so my febreeze will last a long time. yet another motivation HJ!

oh, abby made a delicious dinner last night from her veggie cookbook. black bean and sweet potato burritos with green beans and salsa. mmm MM! we've set a schedule so we each cook one night a week. i've got mondays which i requested in case school work gets ahead of me and i can't cook by thursday evening due to something being, well, due. so i made sweet peas and mahi mahi and wild rice. i'm excited, have to think of what to do this coming monday. (apart from going to the mates of state show that is)

off to get my lost fix for a bit, then get to work! OMG - lost fans: read the last line of that article... november? are they serious? this is getting ridiculous. if i wanted to wait more than six months for the next segment to come out i'd be a harry potter fan instead. oh, wait. nm.
